Stopped by for a late lunch and ended up ordering a block chopped brisket stuffed potato. Man, that was a meal! And yes… there is a potato under that mound of brisket! Great meat texture and doneness. I found it to be a well smoked brisket and it went well with the butter, sour cream and chives. But I had to add some jalapeño’s just because they looked good on it. I really didn’t need to put much sauce on top, but ended up dipping some of the home-made bread to finish that off. I did have to take half of this monster home with me, along with a portion of their peach cobbler for later. New favorite BBQ hangout!!
